I recently saw firm evidence of trend predictions made 10 years ago as an employee to senior management of the company where I was then employed.

Tonight a friend told me many times we are given thoughts to be used for ourselves that we think we don't have the resources to pull things off. His words have convicted me like an invitational call:)
